Hi everyone!! I wish I had anew picture to post but we did not get one at our 12 week appointment. At the appointment the Doctor checked for a heartbeat on top of my skin and could not find it so we were able to get another ultrasound. (Yeah!!) It was a portable ultrasound machine and it had no paper so we could not get a print out. We did get to see our baby though and it was amazing. While they were doing the ultrasound the baby moved around which made Sean gasp. It was incredible. The doctor recorded the heartbeat at 140 beats per minute and said all is well. I got a flu shot to make sure I do not get sick!!
Our next checkup is in December for our 4 month. I inquired when we would be able to tell the sex of the baby and that will not be until 20 weeks (around Dec. 31st). Sean and I are going to find out the sex ahead of time so we can get everything just right in the baby's room!!

When Sean described Baby Notareschi's head moving, I was in awe. You two are so fortunate to be able to see this. Soon we will know if we will dream of a little boy or a little girl. Can't wait...

thanks for the update. we too are getting the baby fever, you can never have too many grandchildren (children yes, but not grandkids). we are so happy for you two. hope to see you soon (ha,ha)
